Birmingham City Council
We deliver the Domestic Abuse Safety at Home Scheme. Our experienced team of Engineers carry out security assessments and carry out significant security upgrades in the homes of Domestic Abuse Survivors. This works protects vulnerable people enabling them to feel safer in their own homes.
Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council
Handyvan Scheme - Our Team carries out a wide range of jobs in the homes of older residents or people with disabilities. Typical jobs include fitting grabrails, moving furniture, clearing hazards and anything which would necessitate climbing a step ladder. We also offer Service Users onward referral options to multiple other support agencies.
City of Wakefield Metropolitan District Council
Our Yorkshire-based Team provides an array of minor adaptations in the homes of older residents or people with disabilities. Works include fitting grabrails, key safes, banisters and building additional concrete steps with external handrails for ease of access. Our rapid turnaround for Hospital Discharge cases eases pressure on bed space and therefore ambulance services. We also signpost Service Users to a network of local support agencies.
Gloucestershire County Council
Our Gloucester-based Team provides an array of minor adaptations in the homes of older residents or people with disabilities. Works include fitting grabrails, external handrails, dropdown rails, chair raisers and building additional concrete steps for front and rear door access. Our team are Level 3 Trained Assessors and work in conjunction with Occupational Therapists. Our rapid turnaround for Hospital Discharge cases eases pressure on bed space and therefore ambulance services.
Kent County Council
Our South-East Team deliver the SAFER Scheme on behalf of KCC. Working closely with stakeholders and a well organised referral pathway, we provide security assessments and upgrades in the homes of Domestic Abuse Survivors across Kent. We are also pioneering the new Cyber Sanctuary scheme protecting those targeted by cyber stalking and online abuse.
Manchester City Council
Our North-West Team deliver targeted security solutions for referred Domestic Abuse Survivors within the city. Receiving referrals from the Homelessness Team, our security upgrades enable vulnerable Service Users to feel safer within their homes. The service increases home safety and therefore reduces the incidence of Service Users needing to move home or becoming homeless.
Rochdale Council
We carry out security assessments in the homes of Domestic Abuse Survivors referred to us by the dedicated team at Rochdale Council. Our security professionals assess home security for Service Users and provide appropriate security upgrades tailored to each individual case. Feedback shows that we are helping Service Users and their families to feel more confident about their security and safety at home.
Somerset Council
Our South-West Team provides a variety of minor adaptations in the homes of older residents and people with disabilities. Works include fitting grabrails, external handrails, dropdown rails and banisters allowing residents to move safely in their own home. It is advantageous to both the authority and to referred Service Users that our team include Level 3 Trained Assessors who can provide a high level of expertise.
Suffolk County Council
We carry out security assessments and upgrades across East Anglia which includes our Sanctuary Scheme in Suffolk. Our Security Engineers deliver security interventions in the homes of Survivors who are referred by Leeway Domestic Violence and Abuse Services. We provide bespoke security solutions helping Service Users to regain confidence and feel safer at home.
Torus Housing Association
On behalf of major regional housing provider, Torus, we provide security solutions at the homes of vulnerable people. Our North-West based operatives support Domestic Abuse Survivors in St Helens and for tenants throughout Torus housing portfolio affected by crime and anti-social behaviour. We carry out security assessments and fit same-day security upgrades enabling Service Users to feel safer and more confident within their own homes.
West Midlands Police
We work closely with West Midlands Police Designing Out Crime Officers on our contracts in Birmingham and Solihull. In collaboration we seek to provide the best possible security solutions for vulnerable people and reduce security risk in their homes. We all want to encourage feelings of being safer at home leading to improved wellbeing. Client feedback shows that we are achieving these aims.
Worcestershire County Council
Our Midlands-based Team of Security Engineers provide bespoke security assessments in the homes of Domestic Abuse Survivors across the county. We fit from a wide array of security options. Client feedback tells us that we are improving safety and wellbeing for them and their families. Our work reduces risk and makes a significant difference in the home safety for vulnerable people.
